How quickly do you reply?
We aim to reply to every email within one business day. Billing and account-access issues are prioritized.
I forgot my password.
Sign in is currently magic-link based. Just enter your email on the sign-in page and check your inbox for a fresh link.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if something went wrong, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll handle it. We'd rather fix the underlying issue than keep your money.
Can I delete my account and data?
Of course. Email support@beeonline.co.in from the address tied to your account and we'll remove your workspace and audit data within 7 days.
Is the platform GDPR / DPA friendly?
We don't sell data, we use a small set of named sub-processors, and we honor access / deletion requests. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
