This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We try to keep it short and human-readable.
1. Who we are
VisibilityIQ (the “Service”) is operated by Bee Online. You can reach us anytime at support@beeonline.co.in.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum we need to run audits, deliver reports, and improve the Service:
- Account info — your email address, hashed credentials, and workspace name when you sign up.
- Audit inputs — the URLs you submit, plus public page content we fetch to compute your AEO and GEO scores.
- Lead capture — for the free audit, your email, phone number, and any UTM parameters from the form.
- Usage data — anonymized device fingerprint, request logs, and basic analytics so we can prevent abuse.
- Billing data — handled by Razorpay; we receive subscription status and the customer ID, never your card details.
3. How we use it
- To generate your audit reports and recommendations.
- To enforce free-tier limits (one audit per email and per device).
- To process subscriptions and send transactional emails.
- To improve scoring quality, fix bugs, and prevent fraud or abuse.
4. What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't republish or resell page content from your audits.
- We don't share your audit results with third parties beyond the sub-processors listed below.
5. Sub-processors
We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate the Service. Each is bound by data-processing terms.
- MongoDB Atlas — primary database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
- Razorpay — subscription billing and payments.
- Email delivery provider — transactional and verification emails.
6. Retention
We retain audit results for as long as your workspace is active so you can return to them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us. Lead-capture data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@beeonline.co.in and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Credentials are hashed with modern algorithms. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we expect for our own.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
